Who We Are?
Bryan and Mark established Azure Developments in 2003 on the Gold Coast of Australia and expanded into SEA through the establishment of the Bangkok, Thailand office in 2012. Mark relocated from Australia to Thailand full time over 10 years ago to manage Azure’s office in Bangkok. Bryan is based in the Queensland, Australia office of Azure.
They are a part of a vast structure of Companies across multiple industries and Countries globally focused as Azure’s projects and partnerships with a heavy focus on the growing Asia Pacific Region.
Bryan graduated with an Honours Law Degree and has subsequently practised as a Lawyer (admitted as both a Barrister and Solicitor) in Australia and also consults overseas (predominantly in Papua New Guinea and in Thailand) and has owned and operated legal firms for the past 30 years specialising in Corporate structuring, Property, Finance, Commercial Law and Revenue Law. Based in Azure’s office in Australia, Bryan provides legal consultancy services to Azure and its group of companies and regularly travels for business to Papua New Guinea and Thailand and has been actively involved (as a Developer) in Property Development Projects in Australia and Thailand since 2000. He possesses significant expertise in and understanding of a wide range of commercial and contractual matters affecting Property Development Projects and operates in a cost and time effective manner and (via ‘project’ briefs) drives the multi-disciplinary team of professionals, project stakeholders and internal management, in handling a project’s diverse and challenging range of responsibilities. Bryan achieves desired objectives through practical commercial advice and solutions arising from the wealth of legal, commercial and corporate expertise and network contacts he has accumulated over his career to date.
Mark graduated Auckland University, New Zealand, with a Bachelor degree in Architecture, after moving to Australia he founded the International Design and Project Management group Greenarc. Over 20 years in practice the firm has had 6 offices across 4 countries including, Australia, England, Thailand and Myanmar, with projects across these Countries and other Countries. Mark is still a registered architect in Australia and over the years has also setup companies in construction and import/export in Australia expanding the business group. Mark was a founding partner of Azure in 2003 in Australia, and oversees the groups property development projects in hotel, resort and residential in the areas of business development, development management and sales. In 2023 Mark was a co-founder of a construction management company and in 2024 a modular construction company enabling him to have resources across the entire turnkey delivery process.
